AI-Powered Financial Consolidation & Close

Report group results sooner, with every number fully traceable.

Run your group close and consolidation on KoshaOS™ EPM. Standalone statements in local GAAP and group statements in IFRS or your parent’s GAAP, from one trial balance and one set of rules, so your board gets faster results that auditors can defend.

The challenge

Every new entity makes quarter-end harder.

Growth adds entities, currencies and standards. The consolidation model rarely keeps up.

Board results arrive late.

Every acquisition, currency and GAAP adds days before the board sees group numbers.

Audit exposure grows.

Goodwill, NCI and FCTR carried in spreadsheets are hard to defend under review.

Know-how sits with one person.

The consolidation works because one or two people understand the model.

Entities report differently.

Each entity sends its own format, chart of accounts and local GAAP.

What it does

From entity trial balance to print-ready group accounts.

  1. 1Close trackingTasks, owners and evidence by entity; period lock after sign-off
  2. 2Mapping and checksEntity CoA to group CoA with AI-suggested mapping; checks for TB imbalance, unmapped GLs and missing entities
  3. 3GAAP alignmentLocal GAAP to your parent’s GAAP, as a separate, reviewable layer
  4. 4Intercompany eliminationIC matrix, matching at transaction rate, mismatch reports and related-party balances
  5. 5Currency translation and FCTRAverage, closing and historic rates, with forex movement schedules
  6. 6Goodwill and NCIMulti-level, multi-currency minority interest, with consolidation journals per layer
  7. 7Automatic castingRounding differences corrected whenever a figure changes, so statements and notes always tie

FAQ

Questions finance leaders ask before they start.

How do you keep our financial data secure?

We're ISO/IEC 27001 certified for information security. Access is role-based, every action is logged, and we share our security documentation during your evaluation.

Where is our data held, and who can see it?

Two options: we host it for you in [our default region], or we deploy in your own cloud, in the region and under the security policies your IT Security team prefers. Only named people can access it, and only for the entities they work on.

How is AI governed?

We're ISO/IEC 42001 certified for AI management. AskChamp answers only from your governed data, and only what each user is allowed to see.

Who will work on our account?

Chartered Accountants lead every engagement, with data and AI engineers alongside. Our founders bring 60+ years of corporate finance experience.

How do engagements start?

With a 30-minute assessment. We agree scope and your baseline, then implement in one structured cycle, validated against your last signed accounts.

What support do we get?

A dedicated Client Success SPOC, a shared exception queue and escalation to a senior Chartered Accountant. Response times are set in your service agreement.

What's included, and what isn't?

Included: close tracking, mapping, GAAP alignment, eliminations, FCTR, goodwill, NCI, automatic casting, print-ready statements and notes, TB-linked Excel outputs and the audit pack. Not included: audit sign-off or legal and tax structuring advice.

Can we start with one sub-group?

Yes. Many groups start with one region or sub-group and add entities each quarter, on the same rulebook.

Can our outputs stay in Excel?

Yes. Statements, schedules and notes are available as TB-linked Excel outputs in your formats. They refresh when the trial balance changes, so nothing is rebuilt.

Ready to see it in action?

See your close and consolidation, end to end.

Share your group structure, last close checklist and consolidation workings. In 30 minutes, we'll show your statements produced print-ready from the trial balance.
