The challenge

Errors found at month-end cost the most to fix.

Your business runs on its numbers. Too often, finance is the last to see them.

Books arrive a month late.

Numbers land weeks after month-end, when they explain the past instead of guiding the next decision.

Good accountants are hard to hire.

The talent pool is shrinking and costs keep rising, so capacity only grows one hire at a time.

General AI can't close your books.

Chat assistants can explain a P&L, but they don't reconcile accounts, chase exceptions or post entries.

Skilled people stuck reconciling.

Your best people spend weeks compiling and keying data instead of reviewing it, and month-end caps growth.

FAQ

Questions finance leaders ask before they start.

Who is this for?

Mid-sized companies and groups with [1–10] entities, in the US and the UK, that want current, reconciled books without growing the accounts team.

How long before we're live?

We keep your books from the first month. Platform monitoring and automation are set up in stages and are typically complete within 6–12 months.

Do we need to change our ERP or accounting system?

No. We keep your books in your current system and connect it to our platform in stages.

What do we get before automation is fully set up?

Books kept and reconciled by Chartered Accountants each month, with checks switched on as each part is connected.

How is it priced?

A monthly fee based on transaction volume and number of entities, or the team required, plus a one-time set-up fee. We share a fixed quote after the assessment.

Our books are already behind. Can you help?

Yes. We clean up and reconcile the backlog first, then move you to daily bookkeeping. The catch-up is scoped and priced separately.

We already use an outside bookkeeper or firm. How does the handover work?

We take over from the last closed month. We reconcile opening balances with your previous provider's records, so nothing is lost in the switch.

What do you need from our side?

Read access to your accounting system and bank data, one approver for payments and journals, and a month-end sign-off from your finance lead.

Which accounting standards and currencies do you support?

Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP and [UK GAAP], in multiple currencies and entities, with each entity kept in its local format.

What happens to our data if we stop working with you?

Your data, ledgers and schedules remain yours. We hand over a full export of [records and working files] when the engagement ends.

Where is our data held, and who can see it?

Your data is hosted in [region], [or in your own cloud tenant if you prefer]. Only named people on your engagement can see it, and only for their entities.

How do engagements start?

With a 30-minute assessment on one month's trial balance and bank statements. We agree the scope and a baseline, then go live in stages.

What's included, and what isn't?

Included: bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciliations, month-end close and monthly financials. Not included: tax filing and statutory audit, though we hand clean books and schedules to your tax advisor and auditor.
