Datachamps began in 2012 as a CFO-services practice and became Datachamps Private Limited in 2021. Today our chartered accountants, analysts and data engineers help finance teams move from data to decisions, and we are always looking for people who want to do the same.
Who we are
From a finance practice to a decision partner
Datachamps grew out of a finance practice founded in April 2012 by chartered accountants whose careers ran through Morgan Stanley, IDFC and PwC. In December 2021 it became Datachamps Private Limited, with one aim: give finance teams governed data, ready-made workflows and AI that turn reporting into decisions. We have consulted more than 500 businesses across seven industries, and our team brings over 150 years of combined experience in finance, analytics and technology.

Questions candidates ask us
Do I need a finance background to join?
Not for every role. Our analytics and engineering teams hire for data skills, and you will pick up finance from colleagues who have run it. Advisory roles do need finance experience, usually as a chartered accountant or in FP&A.
What if I don’t see a role that fits?
Introduce yourself anyway. Tell us what you do and the work you want to do, and mention that it is a general application.
What does the hiring process look like?
Usually four steps: your application, an introductory call, a practical round and a final conversation with our leadership.
